In March 2024, we had the chance to a night hunt with Westshore Outfitters in Fort McCoy. In short, it was quick with non-stop action. My Pulsar Thermion was busy working through groups for 3-4 pigs throughout the night hunt. They will provide a thermal if you need it, but I brought my own. Always better to use your own gear in my opinion, but if you aren’t shooting at night regularly a thermal scope may not be worth the money.

We were greeted by our guide, Colby, was friendly and helpful throughout the hunt. He drove us quickly to the hunting area which is approximately a mile further up the road from their camp. He quartered our pigs for us. We ended up getting four pigs in about 75 minutes. There was a lot of action and it was quick. They are quickly expanding their camp to include a freezer to assist in butchering the meat.
I highly recommended this spot for night hunts in the North Central Florida area. I will definitely check out another thermal hunt up there this summer.
