We wanted to give a shout out to Al’s Wild Meat Processing in Riverview, Florida. They have quickly become our favorite wild game processor in the area. They are quick, affordable and efficient in converting your wild pig to sausage, chops or whatever you want out of your harvested meat. They offer a number of different flavors of sausage as well and other options. While Boozy Pig will always be my favorite butcher for all non-wild game in the city, Al’s Wild Meat is the best wild game processor out there.
We highly recommend them and cannot say enough good things about them! Highly recommend! Gotta give them the Tampa Hog Man stamp of approval.
